- How to make- Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds, pepper, bay leaf cinnamon and cloves. Then add the chopped vegetables and cook. Add dalia and mix well. Add salt, cook for some time and serve by garnishing with coriander.

- Ingredients- boneless chicken, shredded or diced, sweet corn, chicken stock, one spring onion, egg whites, whisked, pepper powder to taste, lemon juice, water as required, salt to taste.
- How to make- heat four cups of water in a saucepan. Add the chicken pieces and salt and cook until slightly tender. Then, add sweet corn and pepper. Cook for some time on low heat till it boils. Add the egg whites and stir gently. Remove from the flame. Garnish with chopped spring onions and a dash of lemon juice. Serve hot.
Chicken and egg are good sources of protein. Adding corn to the soup helps you get your dose of fibre which helps prevent constipation.
