What should I do if I have diarrhea?
One should go and see a doctor and the doctor will ascertain whether the medications are the cause of diarrhea. In most cases if medications are the cause, the body will adjust accordingly. But if it continues, one should not ignore it and see a doctor.
There are certain food items that make diarrhea worse. One should avoid eating food items with high fat and fiber contents, spicy and fried, and milk, dairy products if you are lactose intolerant.
