You are ten weeks pregnant now (or in your eleventh week if that’s how you prefer to count it).

How your baby is growing

Your baby will more than double in size in the next three weeks. He or she is now starting to kick, and all the important organs are present. More minute details are appearing, like nails and peach-fuzz hair. The external sex organs have started to show and in a few days they’ll be developed.

How your life is changing

You’re nearing the end of the first 3 months of pregnancy – your 1st trimester; and your uterus is about the size of a musk melon, nearly big enough to fill your pelvic girdle. You can also feel your womb above the middle of your pubic bone. You may find that your waist is thickening, but you still have a few more weeks before you have to change your dress size.

Shifting to herbal teas is recommended to cut down on caffeine consumption. Make sure that the organic teas you choose are not dangerous to consume in pregnancy.
